Refund policy

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following circumstances:

  • Shipping damage to the product
  • Size adjustments (Please note: Due to the unique properties of Titanium, size changes require crafting an entirely new ring)

Exchange Process

  1. Submit your exchange request through the contact form within the 14-day period
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and reason for exchange
  3. Wait for the studio to review your request (typically within 2 business days)
  4. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
  5. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Conditions

  • Items should be returned in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges if evidence suggests misuse or intentional damage
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs

Refund Policy

  • Monetary refunds are not offered at this time
  • Store credit may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Processing Time

  • Exchange requests are typically processed within 2 business days
  • Manufacturing of your new item will begin once we receive your returned item
  • Shipping times vary by location
